Delivery areas

We deliver in Fahaheel, Mangaf, Abu Halifa and Mahboula only.

Delivery hours

10 AM to 7 PM.

Minimum order

2.000 KD.

Delivery fee

Orders from 2.000 KD to 4.999 KD are charged 0.500 KD. FREE delivery on orders of KD 5 and above.

Payment: COD and KNET

Cash on delivery is available — pay when your order arrives. Online card and KNET payment is being set up and will be announced as soon as it is live.

Freshness complaints

Check your order at delivery. Report fresh problems (damaged, expired or incorrect items) within 12 hours on WhatsApp with a photo, and we will replace the item or refund you.

Returns and refunds

Unopened non-perishable items in their original packaging can be returned within 2 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Refunds go back to your original payment method; cash on delivery orders are refunded in cash or as store credit. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Pickup

We currently deliver only. For any pickup question, message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm what is possible.

Out-of-stock swaps

If any item is unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch to arrange a replacement or remove the item from your order.
